A concrete wall is being built on the M1 - but it"s not as daft as it sounds. It"s to stop traffic crashing into bridge columns supporting the A52 at J25 in Derbyshire. A Highways Agency spokeswoman said: "Improved safety standards mean this junction is seen as a higher risk than when it was built."
