First up is the Sponge...

First up is the Sponge Glove, which is essentially a household marigold with a soft sponge palm. Ever wondered what happened...

Ever wondered what happened to former F1 champion Alain Prost? Looks as if he"s used his time since bowing out of grand prix racing in 1991 to turn his skills to designing sunglasses.

The Frenchman has teamed up with optical specialist Serengeti to develop a pair of limited-edition driving shades. Only 1,500 pairs of the Alain Prost Lamone frames will be available, and each comes with a booklet about the driver. Priced at ÷£185, they carry Prost"s signature on the inside, and each pair is individually numbered to add to the appeal.

But if you"re not quick enough to snap up the racer"s glasses this time round, there"s no need to worry - he"s already focusing his attention on more limited-edition shades for next year.
