Ever been plagued by the niggling feeling you’ve forgotten something? Did you switch off the kitchen light? Is the back door locked?

Having constructed special bodied versions of the MINI in the past, the team of designers and engineers has given one of America"s most famous sports cars an extensive makeover. And the results are remarkable.
While the basic shape was revealed at the Top Marques Show in Monaco earlier this year, the coupé is now ready for the road. The bodywork features new panels throughout, with distinctive headlamps and huge air scoops dominating the nose. Wing mirrors on stalks give the supercar the look of a Le Mans 24 Hours racer, while copper-coloured wheels are equally eye catching.
The back is even more striking, with a high rear end doing away with any glass area altogether, while four centrally mounted exhaust pipes add the finishing touch.
Under the bonnet, power comes from a tuned 7.0-litre version of the C6"s V8 engine, delivering a staggering 750bhp and 980Nm of torque to the rear wheels. Castagna claims a top speed of 208mph.
