New research shows more than 80 per cent of drivers recognise the famous BSI "kitemark", and even more believe it offers an assurance of excellence when it comes to fixing cars. A huge 66 per cent said that they wanted to see the logo adopted by all approved garages. The seal of the British Standards Institute, the kitemark is currently being embraced by the automotive aftermarket industry.
