Shifting wheel nuts...

Shifting wheel nuts that have been tightened by tyre fitters’ air tools can be virtually impossible if you are using your car’s wheel change kit. But this new wrench from Speed÷Cheetah promises to make the job easier.

Included in the package is a 12V Impact Wrench with a carry case, as well as sockets to suit most wheel nuts and bolts in the UK. The manufacturer claims it delivers more than 340Nm of torque, and its compact, erg÷onomic design will help eliminate backlash as you’ll be able to get a good grip of the device.

The wrench will plug into any 12V cigar lighter socket and, unusually, features an automatic shut-off to prevent motorists overtightening their wheel nuts.
