The Quik-Chek, from...

The Quik-Chek, from Tyre Pressure Monitor systems (TPM), replaces the valve dust cap. All you do is screw it on and press the device until the window shows green, or a combination with red or orange. After that, you simply check whether the colours change: if a red line appears above the green, that means the tyre is underinflated, while orange shows if there"s too much air.

It pays to monitor the pressures, as incorrectly inflated tyres affect fuel economy, wear and braking and cornering. The Quik-Chek comes as a single pack, costing ÷£5.95, with a twin ÷£9.95 and a four pack ÷£14.95. For more info, visit tpmsystems.com or telephone 01785 603010.
