This Tigra is playing a sleight of hand as it has a bright red canvas stretched over its retractable metal roof, which is intended to conjure up memories of the vinyl roofs of the Seventies. Starring at this week’s Geneva Motor Show, the Illusion also has leather trim, heated seats and colour co-ordinated seatbelts as standard. Currently the car is an Opel-only model, but it may be sold in the UK badged as a Vauxhall.
